FLASH ANNEALING FURNACES

The furnace is able to perform flash annealing heat treatments of aluminum foil discs with a high temperature accuracy.
The proposed furnace is a “rack type” able to have very high productions and small dimensions. The plant is equipped with a fume recovery system on the post-chamber and is suitable for continuous and high production.

All start-up operations, instrument adjustments and controls are managed in automatic or semi-automatic sequence by the electrical panel located near the plant.

The electrical panel is equipped with a supervision system.
